Ingrid L. Roosild, an Estonian, has lived in Albuquerque, NM since attending college at the University of New Mexico. After graduating from the university’s MBA program, she set out to build a financial planning practice to balance her passion for educating and helping people, with her entrepreneurial spirit. She has put her passion to work since obtaining her licenses in 2001, and is the Founder & CEO of Kivi Financial Group.

On the side, Ingrid enjoys painting, gardening, snowboarding, and plays competitive golf with various women's golf associations in town and the Sun Country Amateur Golf Association. She is well recognized in the athletic community for her UNM collegiate volleyball playing and coaching careers and retired from semi-professional beach volleyball competition in 2005.
Ingrid is the proud mother of a 9-year-old daughter.

Client Service Manager
As our Client Service Manager, Carmela is responsible for preparing and processing insurance business applications and client service requests. She works closely with clients to obtain data and documentation needed to manage these processes seamlessly. In addition, she manages Ingrid's insurance licensing, appointments and contracting.
Carmela joined our team in August 2016 with 14 years of experience in the financial industry. Her experience ranges from Personal Bankers Assistant to Financial Management Analysis for the State of New Mexico Regulations and Licensing/Boards and Commissions Department.
During her free time, Carmela enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends.
Debra handles all our filing and helps us maintain our product marketing materials. She has been a part of our team since June 2005.
Debra’s interests are women Bible studies, reading action novels, crafting and gardening. Her life-time hobby as an author has included one published novel, "A Light in the Sea." She enjoys nature walks, biking and RV travel adventures with her husband of 38 years.
